A few more pictures from my tour into the Horntäler today! Weather and snow up here simply magical! What's more, apart from a few chamois there wasn't a soul to be seen far and wide!
Today's avalanche report points out the weak old snowpack, also in the southern half above about 2300m! The summit flank of the Schafgrübler, with its steepness of almost 40°, was therefore out of the question for me today!
