Short report on today's on-site inspection, which took me from Seduck in the Oberbergtal to the Seduck-Hochalm and from there on along the Stubaier Höhenweg to the Franz Senn Hütte!

The path from Seduck to the Seduck Hochalm has seen better days, and the waymarking is sometimes sparse! These shortcomings will surely be fixed once the alpine pasture opens.

The section of the Stubaier Höhenweg from the Seduck Hochalm to the Franz Senn Hütte is completely free of snow apart from one snowfield in the Villergrube, and is therefore easy to walk. All safety cables are in perfect condition! Please note that the Stubaier Höhenweg is graded BLACK! Sure-footedness and a head for heights are a PREREQUISITE for walking it safely!
