The marked rise in temperature and the at times stormy wind have greatly increased avalanche activity! To get a comprehensive picture of the situation, today's programme was an on-site inspection in the Oberbergtal up to the hut!
Glide-snow releases and several, in some cases large, slab avalanches have been recorded, all of them on south-facing slopes!!!
