You can currently find almost every type of snow on the ski tours! Mostly you will encounter faceted, recrystallised snow, but rock-hard wind-packed layers are also common at higher elevations! Finding powder takes a good nose. On the southern aspects the melt-freeze crust reaches quite far up.
Currently there are tracks up to the Kräulscharte, the Östliche Seespitze, the Wildgratscharte and the Hölltalscharte, and now also to the Wildes Hinterbergl!
